With the latest update to the Carat App platform, the app introduces a new method of rewarding your visitors - Redemption Rewards!
With our latest update, Carat has added Redemptions as an additional offer to customize within the app. Administering Redemptions is as simple as checking in: if a user has enough carats to redeem a reward, they will visit the participating location that is offering the reward. Have them scan the unique QR code assigned to your redemption offer, and it will reduce their carat balance by that amount.
